1. Is the lunch menu same as the dinner menu?
No, we don’t serve Seafood, Japanese cusines are only served during Dinner. However,
You can request for dinner menu items to be serve at a higher lunch rate. Please discuss with our reservation supervisor.
2. Do you have any special rates for Senior Citizens and Students?
Yes, we have. Senior Citizens must be 60 years old and above. Students must be from Local Polytechnic, ITE, Secondary, Primary and Junior College. It will be at $24.80++ Mon-Thur and $26.80++ Fri-Sun. Please bring along your student pass and any proof of Senior Citizen to show upon payment. Senior Citizens and Students are of the same rate.
3. Are you accepting big groups?
Yes, we do accept big groups. The restaurant can sit 300 persons and we have a VIP private room for 46 persons.
4. How do we do deposit?
Either you can drop by at the restaurant to pay or we can do bank transfer as well. The restaurant can provide the details of the company.
5. What is your restaurant’s capacity?
It will be approximately 300 persons in one seating.
6. What is Mongolian Barbecue?
Mongolian Barbecue is consisting of raw thin slices of meat together with the vegetables and cooked using our large, round, solid iron griddles. You will need to choose your own ingredients, choose your own sauce and our chef will cook it for you.
7. Do you have any birthday cakes?
We only have small slices of cakes that we serve form the buffet. We can arrange it nicely, put candle on and play happy birthday song. Aside from that, we don’t have birthday promotions at the moment.
8. Do you have any prayer room for Muslim?
Yes, we do provide prayer room for Muslims.
9. Do you have minimum person for reservations?
No we don’t have any minimum person for bookings.
10. Are the drinks included in the buffet?
Yes, it is included and it is free flow.
11. Do you have any vegetarian option?
We can prepare at least 3 main dishes for the vegetarian and it depends on the chef’s discretion. Salad and Desserts may take from the buffet. Must let the restaurant in advance how many persons will be having the vegetarian dishes.
12. Do you have a VIP room? If have, do we need to pay extra charges for it?
Yes, we do have 1 VIP room. Its capacity is for 46 persons. If you can guarantee 40 persons to pay, then we will waive off the charges. Otherwise, the VIP room is chargeable at $200.00nett.
13. What are the mode of payment of the restaurant?
You can pay by Cash, Nets, Visa and Mastercard.
15. Do you serve Chili Crab everyday?
Yes, we do serve chili crab everyday.
16. What is the restaurant’s operating hours?
For lunch we are open from 11:30am – 3:00pm last serving for the buffet at 2:30. Dinner starts at 6:00pm – 10:00pm last serving for the buffet at 9:30pm.
17. Do you have any promotions or discounts?
No, we don’t have any running promotions or discounts at the moment.
18. Are you the same restaurant previously at Park Mall?
Yes, we are the same restaurant. Park Mall was demolished then we shifted here at Clarke Quay Central.
19. How do you charge children? Is it by age?
For child, we measure by height. Child reach 1.10meters (110 centimeters) to 1.40meters (140 centimeters) will be chargeable. 1 child below the said height will be Free of Charge but if there are 2 children below 1.10meters it will be chargeable as 1 child.
20. Do you accept e-invoice or gebiz?
Yes, we do accept. Our accounts can liaise with you for further queries.
